I know that there is a large segment of the medfet community who love highly realstic examinations, with no sexual context, tools, toys or outfits. Just pure, realstic physical examination techniques with patients role playing like a normal person visiting the doctor, featuring abdominal examination, breast examination, a musculoskeletal examination (spine, legs and feet)
